Chipper: Chocolate Chip w/ Sea Salt
This recipe is one of very few where I recommend not using any sort of hand mixer or stand mixer. It always comes out best if you whisk by hand and use a rubber spatula to fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
The sea salt mixed into this cookie dough is what makes it special but if you REALLY want to kick it up a notch, add some homemade toffee pieces to the tops of the dough before baking.
